A qualified cabinet maker by trade, he has managed everything from luxury superyacht interiors to large-scale commercial spaces. Troy is known for his sharp eye for detail, calm leadership style, and no-ego, team-first approach — earning trust from clients, contractors, and staff alike.
With close to 20 years in interior fit-outs, Sam Ralphs is a Site Manager known for award-winning projects and exceptional attention to detail. His expertise covers structural through to finishing work, enabling him to lead high-quality builds. Sam’s proactive approach ensures seamless project flow and top outcomes.
With over a decade of experience in finance and banking, Lucy brings a sharp operational mind and a passion for process, compliance, and efficiency to Team Fitout. Specialising in operations management, Lucy now applies her expertise to keep the engine room of our business running smoothly. From overseeing finance and day-to-day health and safety to managing office operations and project admin, she ensures everything behind the scenes supports the delivery of exceptional fitouts on site.
With over 30 years of experience, Chris is a Senior Estimator specialising in interior fit-out, refurbishment, and bespoke joinery, delivering projects for global clients across multiple regions. He brings strong commercial and technical skills with a focus on value engineering, efficient solutions, and team leadership.
With decades of hands-on experience, Ranie is the backbone of our interior fitout team. A true master of his craft, he brings experience across every element of the fitout process, whether it’s carpentry, finishes, or the fine detail. Known on site for his precision and the having the best smile in the fitout game, Ranie blends old-school workmanship with a calm, can-do attitude that keeps projects running smoothly. Ranie has been part of the Team for almost 8 years.
We’re proud to have Samantha from Coordinate Ltd working alongside our team, helping to ensure health and safety is not just a priority, but a core part of how we work. A member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), listed on the HASANZ Register as a Health and Safety Professional, and an Accredited SafePlus Assessor, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and credibility to every project.
