Team Fitout delivers full-service commercial fitouts across retail, hospitality and office interiors. We take care of everything required to bring a space to life, from design coordination and building consent to site delivery and maintenance.
We work with interior designers, architects, consultants and clients, often from the early stages. Our team brings the structure and practical knowledge needed to turn a design into a well-built, functional space. Every stage of the process is managed by senior, experienced people who stay across the detail and keep your project moving.
Every job begins with a meeting. Whether we’re working with a client, a designer or an architect, we take the time to walk through the project and carry out a site visit. From there, we provide a detailed quote and offer value engineering if needed. Once the scope and programme are confirmed, we move into construction.
We manage site and project delivery, provide weekly updates or site meetings, and stay across the detail right through to handover. Our team handles everything from building consent coordination to CPU and CCC applications. At completion, we carry out a full clean and walk-through before final signoff.
We coordinate with architects, interior designers and specialist consultants including mechanical, fire, hydraulic, structural and acoustic teams. We check for conflicts, suggest solutions for buildability, and keep communication flowing to avoid delays later on. If requested, we can also assist in appointing consultants.
We review the proposed design and scope line by line. If required, we make recommendations to reduce cost, simplify detailing or optimise sequencing without compromising intent. This might include alternative finishes, smarter material use, or efficient site staging.
Our quotes include full breakdowns of scope, exclusions and provisional sums. We include a pricing summary, detailed line items and assumptions, along with allowances for anything requiring further clarification. We’re transparent and realistic with what’s included, which helps clients and designers make informed decisions early.
We build out a construction programme that takes into account procurement, long lead items, access, staged delivery and consultant review timeframes. We work backwards from key deadlines, confirm milestones, and adapt as required throughout the build. Weekly progress updates or meetings are scheduled as part of this.
We coordinate all moving parts of the job: trades, consultants, supplier orders, site communication, site safety, programme and cost tracking. Our project managers provide regular updates and remain the main point of contact from start to finish.
Our site managers are on site every day. They run toolbox talks, manage daily scheduling, track quality and ensure the environment remains safe and efficient. Their role is to prevent issues before they happen, stay on top of the programme, and keep the build running smoothly.
We manage the submission of consent documentation, coordinate with consultants for RFI responses, and schedule inspections. Where required, we can lead CPU (Certificate for Public Use) and CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) applications including supporting documents.
We manage demolition, carpentry, services, wall linings, ceilings, flooring, painting and every trade in between. We build with the end goal in mind—so what’s behind the walls and under the surface meets the same standard as what’s visible. We only use licensed and known trades we trust.
We work with experienced joiners to measure, supply and install all cabinetry, shelving, counters and built furniture. We provide shop drawing reviews, track approvals, manage production timelines and check installation on site. We’re used to working with both standard and custom high-end finishes.
Before handover, we walk the site to complete snags, carry out a commercial clean, and prepare final documentation including warranties and manuals. Handover is done in person, with keys, certificates and client sign-off scheduled ahead of occupancy.
We stay in touch. If adjustments, touch-ups or minor fixes are needed, we’ll return to take care of it. We’re also available for ongoing small works, repeat projects and additions as your business grows.
